What's the pricing?

1% per transaction. No hidden fees.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Stable Genius?

No technical knowledge is required. If you're familiar with Square, Clover, or Toast you're familiar with Stable Genius.

How quickly can I access my funds?

USDC payments settle instantly. To convert to USD, tap "Cash Out" in our app, and withdraw. Transfers take 1–2 business days.

Is Stable Genius safe to use?

Security is our top priority. We provide enterprise-grade smart wallets for every merchant.

What do I need to start accepting payments?

Just an email, phone, and a bank account.

Does Stable Genius custody user or merchant funds?

No. Stable Genius does not custody funds. Each merchant is provided with a self-custodial smart wallet that they control. We do not hold private keys, and we cannot access, or freeze funds on behalf of merchants.

Do I need Wi-Fi to use Genie?

No. Every terminal includes built-in cellular, so it works anywhere—no Wi-Fi required and no extra data plan.

What crypto does Stable Genius accept

USDC on Base and Solana. These are the most widely used for payments. More stablecoins and chains will be available soon.

Can customers use any wallet to pay?

Yes. Genie is designed with a universal QR to accept payment from any crypto wallet.

What fiat offramps do you support?

Currently, we support USD via ACH. More currencies will be available soon. If you have a specific currency in mind, please reach out to us.
